Ms. Nicole Schneider has been successfully defending the rights of injured people at Cohen & Cohen since 2015. Prior to this she worked on personal injury and other civil cases at Regan Zambri & Long in D.C.
Ms. Schneider’s formal path towards a career of defending the rights of injured victims and their families began when she was a Political Science major at Duke University. She went on to graduate from Tulane University Law School where she was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, an editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee.
While in law school at Tulane, Ms. Schneider won the Dean Donald R. Moore Crest Award for Leadership, won Tulane’s intraschool appellate moot court competition, and was elected to the Order of Barristers. She also interned for the Honorable Monti Belot in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and worked at the defense firm of Smithyman and Zakoura in the Kansas City area.
